Je suis allé lire son blog pour voir de quoi il retourne.

Il a donc eu un accident de voiture le premier juin. L'arrière de son véhicule a été percuté à l'arrêt par un taxi dont le chauffeur n'a pas respecté la signalisation (et la limitation de vitesse). Comme vous le savez, Matsumoto présente certains symptômes du "syndrôme de diminution du fluide cérébro-spinal" (j'ai traduit comme ça, s'il y a des médecins parmi vous...).
